1. Usage

BITS Pilani Store is exclusively for students, faculty, and staff of BITS Pilani campuses. By using this platform you confirm you are a member of the BITS Pilani community.

2. Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Prohibited items include anything illegal, stolen, or violating BITS Pilani policies. Misleading listings will result in removal and potential account suspension.

3. Transactions

BITS Pilani Store is a listing platform only. We do not facilitate payments or guarantee the condition of items. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Exercise appropriate caution.

4. Privacy

We collect your Google account name and email address for authentication purposes only. Your phone number is stored to generate WhatsApp contact links. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
